What this is

ThinkNote reads your NCLEX Candidate Performance Report and explains it, and sells a personalized study plan built from your exam date, your hours and your own numbers. It is a study aid. It is not education from a nursing school, it is not a substitute for a review course, and it is not clinical or medical advice.

What we do not promise

We cannot and do not promise any particular result on the NCLEX. Nobody honestly can. We do not predict your result, we do not put a number on your likelihood of passing, and we will never tell you that your result is certain either way. What we give you is an honest reading of the evidence you provide and a plan built from it. What happens on exam day depends on you and on the exam.

The reading is only as good as the information it is given. If a rating is misread and you do not correct it on the confirmation screen, the conclusions drawn from it will be wrong. That is why we show you every row before anything is analysed.

Payment and refunds

The CPR reader is free and always will be. The study plan is a one-time payment, taken by Stripe, with the price shown before you pay.

If your plan is not what you expected, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. You do not have to justify it, and you keep any copies you have already downloaded. We would rather refund you than have you resent a purchase made in a difficult month.

Your account, or the lack of one

There are no passwords here. Your reading and your plan live at a private link, and whoever holds that link can open them. Treat it like the document it is. If you lose it, you can have it emailed back to the address you used. If you share your reading, use the Share button, which produces a read-only link that carries nothing personal.

Fair use

The free reader is for students reading their own reports. Automated scraping, bulk uploading, reselling the output, or otherwise using the service to build a competing product is not permitted, and we rate limit and block accordingly.

ThinkNote is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Council of State Boards of Nursing or Pearson VUE. NCLEX is a registered trademark of NCSBN. Our explanations of the test plan are our own, drawn from the publicly published test plans.

Liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any liability we do have is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Changes are not retroactive for a plan you have already bought.
