This page covers the free NCLEX CPR reader and the paid study plan at this site. It is written to be read, not to cover us. If something here is unclear, email us and we will answer plainly.
Your Candidate Performance Report is not stored
When you upload your report, the file is read in memory and never written to disk. We do not keep the PDF, the screenshot, or the photo. Your name and candidate ID are removed before anything is saved.
What we do keep from it is the part the reading is built on: the rating for each area (below, near, or above passing), and any corrections you make on the confirmation screen.
What else we hold
- The answers you give in the reader and the quiz, including anything you type in your own words.
- Your email address, if you give us one. We never require one to see your reading.
- Your generated study plan, if you buy one.
- Basic usage events, such as which step of the flow was reached, so we can tell whether the product works. These are tied to your session, not to an advertising profile.
Your email address
We ask for it after your reading is already on screen, so it is a way to save your link rather than a gate. We use it to send you your reading, to send your plan if you buy one, and to send the daily plan emails that buyers opt into. Every one of those has an unsubscribe link that works immediately and never locks you out of anything you bought.
We do not sell your email address, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Sharing your reading
The Share button gives you a read-only link. It carries the reading and nothing else: no email address, no answers, and no way to change anything. It is deliberately not the same link as the one in your own address bar, because that one is tied to your record.
How long we keep it

You do not have to wait for those windows. Ask us to delete your data and we will remove the record and everything under it.
Who else touches it
- Microsoft Azure OpenAI reads your uploaded report to pull out the ratings, and writes the personalized opening on your reading. It receives the report contents with your name and candidate ID already removed.
- Resend sends our email.
- Stripe handles payment. Card details go to Stripe directly. We never see or store them.
- Cloudflare serves the site and runs a check that tells a real browser apart from an automated one before we read an upload. It is silent for almost everyone. Occasionally it asks you to tick a box, which happens more often on a VPN or a shared network. Cloudflare describes what that check collects in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Railway hosts the server.
- Supabase hosts the database.
None of them are given your data to use for their own purposes.
